⚠️ Important Operational Notes & Safety Warnings
-
🚫 Never Pull Out Remaining Glue Sticks: Once a 7mm glue stick is fed into the gun mechanism, never pull the remaining stick backward out of the loading tube. Forcing a semi-melted stick out will rupture the internal structural sleeve, causing molten glue to backflow into the electrical trigger housing, permanently destroying the tool. If swapping sticks, always feed a new stick directly behind the old one.
-
Extreme Nozzle Burn Hazard: The operational metal tip and freshly extruded adhesive reach temperatures up to 180°C. Never touch the heated nozzle area with bare skin or place it near highly flammable synthetic fabrics to prevent severe burns.
-
Always Prop the Gun Upright: When pausing mid-project, always rest the tool vertically on its wire bracket stand. Laying a heated glue gun flat on its side can cause melted adhesive to pool sideways, clogging the internal safety air vents and trigger mechanism.
-
Disconnect Idle Tools: This unit runs on a direct thermal circuit. Always unplug the 1.3M power cord from the wall outlet if the glue gun is going to sit completely idle for more than 15 minutes to prevent adhesive degradation or accidental workplace safety hazards.
