AIM Tools 3 Ton Pneumatic Air Bag Car Jack 6600lbs Triple Bag Quick Lift 161209
Product Overview
Experience ultra-fast, dependable vehicle lifting with the AIM Tools 3 Ton Pneumatic Air Bag Car Jack (SKU: 161209). Powered by compressed air and built around a high-efficiency triple-airbag design, this heavy-duty lifting jack elevates passenger cars, SUVs, minivans, and off-road vehicles to a working height of up to 400mm in just 3 to 5 seconds.
Constructed with a heavy-duty structural steel chassis and multi-layer reinforced rubber air bladders, the jack delivers rigid lifting stability while absorbing initial elevation shock. This model features an extended 800mm long folding detachable handle combined with dual 60mm caster wheels, allowing comfortable positioning deep beneath low vehicle chassis points without straining your back. The innovative folding and detachable handle mechanism allows space-saving workshop or vehicle boot storage. Engineered with a precision 3-valve control assembly (air inlet, exhaust outlet, and overload safety valve), it guarantees controlled, smooth ascents and gentle descents on both solid workshop floors and soft, muddy recovery terrain.
Features
Heavy-Duty 3 Ton (6600 lbs) Capacity: Delivers robust pneumatic lifting power suited for family saloons, estate cars, MPVs, SUVs, and 4x4 vehicles.
Rapid 3-5 Second Quick Lift: Powered by compressed air, the triple airbag expands swiftly to full elevation in seconds, drastically accelerating routine tyre swaps and wheel inspections.
Precision 3-Valve Control System: Equipped with dedicated air inlet, air exhaust, and automatic overpressure safety valves for effortless, fail-safe operation during inflation and deflation.
Reinforced Multi-Layer Rubber Bladders: Premium vulcanized 265mm diameter rubber cushions resist punctures, oil splashes, abrasion, and air leakage under heavy cycling.
800mm Extended Folding Detachable Handle: Long-reach handle allows easy manoeuvring and deep positioning under low-clearance chassis frames, folding and detaching quickly to save storage and boot space.
Smooth-Rolling 60mm Casters: Sturdy dual caster wheels enable agile positioning across garages, repair bays, and workshop floors without heavy dragging.
Soft Ground & Off-Road Capable: Broad footprint prevents sinking on mud, loose gravel, grass, and soft shoulders where traditional mechanical trolley jacks sink or tip.

Safety Warning: Always operate within the recommended working air pressure range (5–10 kg/cm²). Place the jack on level, stable footing before inflating. Pneumatic jacks are intended solely for raising vehicles; never crawl, sit, or work beneath a raised vehicle supported only by an air jack. Always support the vehicle securely with rated mechanical axle stands before undertaking any inspection or repair.
Ideal Applications
High-Speed Tyre Swaps: Rapid single-wheel lifting for tyre replacement shops, service bays, and roadside puncture repairs.
Off-Road & Muddy Road Recovery: Safely elevates 4x4s and SUVs stranded in deep mud, gravel, snow, or sand where standard floor jacks sink.
Automotive Maintenance & Repairs: Brake pad changes, brake bleed servicing, and suspension checks in home garages and auto repair shops.
Workshop & Mobile Service: Folding detachable handle facilitates transport in breakdown recovery vehicles, service vans, and car boots.
Operating & Care Guidelines
Pressure Verification: Confirm air supply line delivery remains within the 5–10 kg/cm² bracket prior to connecting the G1/4 airline fitting.
Smooth Valve Management: Open the air input valve gradually to elevate the vehicle in a steady motion; vent through the air outlet valve for a slow, controlled landing.
Mandatory Axle Stand Support: Place certified mechanical axle jack stands under chassis load points as soon as target working height is attained.
Abrasive & Chemical Protection: Store away from sharp metal shavings, aggressive chemical solvents, open flames, and extreme heat sources to safeguard rubber longevity.
